Hal does not make a direct appearance in Bright Falls miniseries. Only his voice is heard as he converses with Jake over the phone.

- Ellen Adams was talking to someone on the phone in the last episode, Clearcut. If you listen carefully, you can hear "So, he has no idea, Hello?, Are you there?". It sounds pretty similar to Hal's voice. So, possibly, there's something bigger going on between Ellen, Hal and Jake and maybe even the whole town of Bright Falls.
